Anybody can log into online banking provided by any bank from anywhere on the planet. A case of going to a website and logging in with appropriate credentials. They don't need your computer or your router. This is an issue you'll have to take up with the bank as it is nothing to do with your computer.

Some online banking sites don't like you logging in from countries and/or states that you don't live in. Such prohibitions would be (or should be) highlighted in the Terms & Conditions of the bank in quesion.
