It's a great show on ABC that involves the survivors of a plane crash on a mysterious island. Abc.com will let you catch up on the series for free! You can watch full episodes 
I recommend atleast watching the first episode to see if you like it, everyone I have introduced it to has!

A word of caution to those who have not seen this show.
Once you start watching it, before you know it you will find yourself at a place like Best Buy, Wal-Mart or a place like those buying all of the previous seasons because you "need" to see the whole series from the beginning.
Seriously though, it is a great show.

Haha! Funny story, I am catching up on the series with a friend who had not seen the show before even though I had seen every episode. We are renting them from blockbuster. I call up there, twice to be sure, to see if they have the second season on DVD and they tell me no, they don't have it at ALL. So we ride about an hour to the nearest best buy, I spend fifty something dollars for the season and we watch it in about three days. We go up to get the third season from blockbuster because they had that one, and behold! Theres the second one sitting on a shelf.
