please can anyone help me.

i have a problem with my internet. everytime i go to send an email from hotmail, the page closes down when i hit the send button and the email dosent send. also when i went to purchase some tickets off the net and i hit the purchase button on the page, the same thing happened and the page closed.

what is wrong here and can anyone tell me how to fix the problem.

you need to scan for spyware...do you have ad-aware and spybot??
It appears that your request is being blocked, and spyware has a history of doing all kinds of weird things, if you dont have these programs go here:

And, it also leaves behind DIFFERENT types of problems. WHY would anyone trust a "removal tool" from the company who infected them without their permission to begin with? I will never understand that.
