Hi there,
I am brand new to this website and I am searching for alot of help right now with a common issues but I may not know about pcs as much as some here but i can work around my previous issues.

For a few days now we have been havin problems trying to download softwares, updating windows updates, norton update etc and also flat out getting redirected continuously to incorrect web sites. Example is using google and yahoo search engines, I find the correct addresses but they redirect me to other sites. Its the firt ive heard of this issue in my life therefore Im trying to get some help. PPlease explain step by step to ensure I know where to get the needed logs etc.

So far I downloaded the OTlistit2 which I read in another thread, here is the info I was able to get for the otlisit and extras

What I dont understand is, the issues has somehow transfered from my desktop right to my laptop. The desktop was reformatted and the issue is now there, I dont get it

Please help.....

Thanks
