my firewall wont turn on, when i go to enable now its says we're sorry it cant turn it on try turing on manuly and when i go to control panel and click firewall its would u like to connect to service to see firewall options or sumthin like that so i click yes and then it says can not connect to service how can i get my firewall to work do i need to download something or is there something on my computer
