Wifi trouble with Linksys WRT54G

Okay I have a Linksys WRT54G router. This morning my wife tried to connect with her wireless laptop and can connect to the network but can not connect to the internet. While I can connect with my wired desktop fine and get internet access. I've tried resetting the router restarting the laptop, everything that's worked before but no luck. I've been using this router for 2 years with no problem I'm 99.99% sure the router is configured properly since I've made sure it has the same settings as yesterday. The laptop runs windows vista and the desktop runs XP. Thanks, I've been working on this for 10 hours with no luck
