Hi can anyone explain to me why svchost.exe is running alot. And how to minimize the memory usage on this service. Screenies included. My laptop is lagging a lot because of this.

svchost is the host service for Windows Services. It is quite normal for multiple entries to be running (12 even!). It is quite normal for one of these processes to take up a lot of resources, in the short term.
