Zooming problem

My screen's zooming level changes back and forth and up and down. It moves to as low as 10% and
goes up to 150%, 200%, etc. without being prompted. I constantly have to go under view and reset
it to the default 100%. Is there a way I can stabilize it for good? Thanks. [email protected]
