I PURCHASED THIS LAPTOP AT A CHURCH YARD SALE, WELL THE PERSON THAT THIS LAPTOP BELONGED TO DIDN'T TAKE HIMSELF OFF AS ADMINISTRATOR USER ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DOWNLOAD SOME WEBSITES AND IT TELLS ME THAT I AM NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR AND THAT THE ADMINISTRATOR HAS AUTHORITY TO DOWNLOAD. HOW CAN I ERASE THIS ADMINISTRATOR USER ACCOUNT AND PUT MYSELF AS ADMINISTRATOR? PLEASE HELP
