ComboFix utility. Does it need to be uninstalled?

Hi,
I recently downloaded ComboFix because of couple of reasons. One was that AVG 8.0 was continuously raising threats about Win32/heur. Also some Autorun.inf file had also infected my PC. So I downloaded ComboFix and it deleted the autorun files. Now the hard drives open normally as they did before the infection. It has also created a log file for which I will really appreciate if some one cane analyze. I am attaching the log file

Also I need to know if there is any further infection in my computer. Second, do I need to uninstall ComboFix? Third and last, I have AVG8.0; do you think I should have more secuity tools?
