I'm new to this forum, but I'm a 'technician in training' (studying for my A+ certification as I type-LOL!) and I need help with removing malware from my laptop computer.
Here is what's going on as of now:
1. I am not able to access My Computer properties (by right-clicking 'My Computer' and selecting the 'Properties' option).
2. I am not able to access 'Control Panel' at all.
3. The security center is reporting that my antivirus and malware programs are turned off. When I try to turn them on using the security center's 'Turn on/Turn on now' buttons, it gives me an error saying that it can't turn on Windows defender or my antivirus program (which is AVG Free) and for me to try again later.
4. I am not able to access System Restore at all.

P.S. I have run AntiMalwarebytes, Spybot Search & Destroy, SuperAntiSpyware, and AVG scans both in Safe Mode and Normal mode, but it has not solved the present problem, even though it did clear my laptop of most of the malware. I've used the ATF-cleaner and used the Disk Cleanup utility and they have not helped either. I am now in the process of running CCleaner, but my gut tells me that it may not do much good either.
I've run the memory diagnostic tool and the check disk tool and both have come up with clean results. HHHEEELLLPPPP!!!!!
