Pictures won't come up on the internet!

Just finished getting rid of a malware infection. One of the symptoms of the malware infection was that pictures would not come up on the internet unless I did a right click on the picture and clicked on "show picture". Now my computer is clean but the pictures still won't come up. Malware sent me here. How do I correct this? I would appreciate your help.

What IE version?

In IE, go Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab
Is "Show pictures" checked:
