I'm now running an Athlon 64 X2 5400+ running at 2.8ghz. Would upgrading to a Phenom X4 Black Edition 9850 @ 2.5ghz be a worthwhile upgrade? I'm running an ECS A780GM-A board with v.1 bios. I tried figuring out from the ECS website how to update the bios but no luck. Their directions stink. The website says my bios supports the Phenom Black Edition 9600 so I figure it should support the 9850. I just don't know if it's a worthwhile upgrade. Thanks for any input. :)
