I have a canon bjc-2110 i have replaced both cartridges with new ones the printer is working but is not printing on my paper. thanks for your help.

Hi Clifford, and welcome!

Ink jet heads are very tiny, and easily plugged if not used for a while. Have you tried the head cleaning function of your printer? It may require multiple tries.

If this doesn't work, I think the smartest move is a new printer. Ink jet printers have become disposable, in that a replacement will likely offer better performance at a lower price than repairing yours. <_<
