What is pv.exe?

PrcView command line utility allows automating common task like
figuring out if particular process is running or killing a running process
on scheduler.

Try to physically disconnect from your router and plug in straight dsl or cable directly to the computer.
See if youget redirected.

It seems that my Google redirecting has stopped for the most part. I'm not at home on a different router though, and my Firefox and IE are still going very, very slowly that it's bothersome. Upon starting up my computer, they work fine. But then they change to very slow in.. sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes 30 minutes. Should I do the reconnect thing again to try and fix this? I just don't want to mess up the router or anything if I don't have to.
