Hi there,

Just got up, so I guess you have already carried out the reformat and have reinstalled XP. The best thing to do now is to install an AV and Firewall, then run Windows Update to update to the latest service pack.

Earlier on I gave you a link to a page that has a few tips and download links, but here it is again.

I'll keep this log open for a couple of days, so if you have any problems, let me know.
