I recently saw a notice from Avira Anti Virus about a Trojan infecting my computer called AntiVirusInstaller.exe

This program or whatever it is installed a bunch of spyware and a TROJAN onto my computer.. I'm wondering how I get rid of it because I've ran numerous virus scans with no progress.. ANY help would be great! Thank you!
