Couldn't even make it through the Malware Removal Guide

So I started doing the Malware removal Guide, the malware removal program discovered and removed 14 trojans, then said the computer had to be restarted, but now it won't boot up at all, tried last known good configuration, safe mode....nothing. . . now what do i do?
