This is a follow up to the user that submitted this on 2/23/2006. I had a very similar experience, but was able to rid my pc of the Trojan virus using Avira's AntiVir software. Anyway, I still have the desktop background problem, in that I am unable to change it. Do I need to follow all of the procedures listed in the reply from 2/23/2006, or perhaps just some of them? At this time, after Customize Desktop is selected, I don't see the Web option posted in the reply. Thanks for you assistance! Glenn
