Installed IE8 this afternoon and now find that when I have used it, upon exit I receive the following:

QUOTE

INTERNET EXPLORER HAS STOPPED WORKING
A problem causes the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the problem and notify you if a solution is available

Unquote

This happens on each occasion of using the browser and closing it.

Is there anyone experiencing this irregularity and if so, have you been able to resolve the problem

I would say that at this point, IE8 will still have some bugs. If it's not really causing any thing that bad and it only happens after you already have closed it, I would say just sit tight, and an update will come along. If it's really causing problems, I would say go back to IE7, or at least try a reinstall of IE8.

Tried uninstall / reinstall but to no avail. As suggested will sit tight and see what happens - maybe an update might come along.
