I have a Centrino PC with Internet Explorer 6.0 and XP Pro sp2.

Clicking a javascript link on an web page opens up a new window that immediately closes. This does not happen on all javascript links on all web pages. Just the ones I really want to see.

For example, I clicked on Conference Calls on the following URL
http://www.faro.com/...r_Relations.asp
and the page opened and closed immediately.

I turned off all popup stoppers and firewalls, reset all IE Internet Options to default values and searched on the microsoft site for help but found nothing that fixed the problem.

I also tried ssjmichael's suggestion on Apr 18, 2005 to the same problem but it did not work.

Any help would be much appreciated.
