Hi guys :-( I've never been infected this bad. I'm using Vista Home Premium-32 bit. Tried running AVG and it automatically moved a few windows files to the virus vault already. I read the thread "Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, Please read before starting a new topic" and have done all except SysRestorePoint because I got an error message (some registry issues I think, no doubt due to the trojan). Please help anyone...I think even after cleaning it I might have to install Vista again...and this Acer laptop doesn't come with one! (you have to burn your own using the eRecovery thingy or something, which I haven't done on this new laptop!). The Rooter and Otilist logs are attached. Thank you very much...
