replacing cd/dvd combo drive

We have a Dell C640 laptop that we bought used/reconditioned a couple of years ago and I would like to upgrade the cd/dvd drive with a better one. I am not interested in burning dvds with this unit, only cds.

Is this a difficult task? I have replaced several on various desk top pcs but never a lap top.
