Download new touchpad driver: http://support.dell....p;fileid=207700
Uninstall current one. Install new one.

Things go from bad to worse. I've been unable to access the internet for 3 days, then today it just began working again; however, today - - another blue screen after sound hung up while playing a CD.

Firefox has spells of shuddering; the mouse has episodes of going berserk; sound and video hang up; the network controller adapter stops working.

I've uninstalled drivers; updated and reinstalled; ran all the scans I have to run, plus Trend Micro online scan. Deleted or uninstalled everything I can do without and nothing seems to have helped.

Can someone please give me a hand with this problem?

8 month old Inspiron not running right
