I am working on a friend's computer. I have been able to remove numerous infections using a combination of AVG, Dr.Web Cureit, and Malwarebytes.

I am now to a point where the only problem I am experiencing is that I am unable to open IE. I have gone so far as to uninstall IE7, and then reload it from a burned cd of the IE7 complete install.

Note: The attached logs will show that there is no Antivirus installed. I am aware of this. I removed AVG just before running Combofix. I *will* put AVG back on once we have fixed this last problem (please don't tell me that I need to put on an Antivirus, I know that we have to!). The affected PC is no longer on the Internet until I put AVG back on the system.

Attached are the logs from the last Combofix scan and a hijackthis scan just completed.
