Everything seems to be ok at the moment, all the scans are coming back negative- and the homepage is back to normal,
I assume that is it,

just use spyware doc. or spybot even if you got rid of the stuff just to be on the safe side.

To keep your computer safe
-Make sure you have all critical updates installed.
-To make sure that you have got a firewall running when your connected to the internet and Anti-virus software which has the latest updates.
