System Security Virus

Hey guys and gals,

Got the system security virus. I loaded the AVG tool onto a USB drive at another computer, then found the program in Windows Explorer on the infected computer. However, I cannot run AVG b/c it looks like the virus is blocking it from running. I cannot open up System Restore, System Clean-up, Norton or my spyware program for the same reason, I guess. Also, I cannot delete any of the suspect virus files from my .tmp folders. AND, I can't log in from safe mode. Sounds like it's got me good! Help?!
