how do i sort out the good from the bad?

i have hijackthis software v2.0.2 it got done scanning and gave me a log of registry and file settings commonly manipulated by malware as well as good software i cant sort out the good from the bad,when i check one and click "fix issue" it says it will fix or delete the file, here is the log, thank you for any help you can give me. i need to know which ones to click fix on


Log removed - no logs outside the malware forum

Just FYI - HiJackThis points out stuff, but it doesn't necessarily point out what's causing it. So deleting entries from HJT logfiles can end up confusing things for the folks that are attempting to fix it (and can actually hide some of the infections). As such it shouldn't be used without the direction of a qualified malware removal expert.
