Hey yoboi01,
What is the deal now? Does the computer let you to the login screen at all? Try logging into safe mode when the computer boots up (choose safe mode on that list, or hold down F8 at boot up). If you get on, try opening Start>(in the vista search bar type:)cmd
At the black prompt screen type in: sfc /scannow (note the space between "c" and "/")
Also, since the webcam installer apparently started this problem, try uninstalling it from the Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Reply with what you get, and I'll try to help you further. Good luck!
