hi, i have this problem 2 days ago, my pointer cursor continuously blinking in "working in background" mode when i open msword 2007. i found in task manager if i disable spoolsv.exe it stops but i can not print. i have run spybot & AVG 8.5. spybot found trojan and fixed it. but after reboot i still have blinking pointer on msword also on excel. please help.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.
