I have a MAJOR problem with my computer. I was deleting some albums I had on my computer and when I moved the album to the recycling bin the computer froze. A error came up with some Dr. Watsons Postmodem Debugger or something. I clicked don't send and the computer was still froze. I could alt+tab from AIM and my instant message that was up and mIRC that was running but anything I clicked on was froze and I could not access anything. Anyways I restarted the comp and when it all loaded up my Ad-Watch came up with something was trying to modify the registry so I clicked block and then another window popped up with it again so I blocked it again but this time click AUTOMATIC for Ad-Watch to block it without my confirmation. Well when I done this the ad watch went crazy and was scrolling with reistry modifications it was blocking (like 100's in seconds). At this time I went to run Ad-Aware to scan my system when my comp would NOT recogize .exe or .ink files. I CAN"T run ANY programs because the computer DOESNT recogoize .exe or .ink files and the screen that comes up is would i like to choose a program from list or use the web to find the appropriate program.

NOW All I can use is IE, word docs, and Winamp for some reason. NO and I mean NO other programs will run. When I go to Start and programs all of them have a blank icon because windows doesnt recogize them.

If ANYONE can help it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance!
