hi, i have been unable to scan with my antivirus program and unable to open IE everytime i open it it says ''Internet Explorer stopped working'' and will not open at all, so i contact norton to see what the problem was and they tired everything and found it is a problem with window which is stopping the antivirus from working.
the operator said the sfc command is not working?
can anyone please help me?

If your antivirus program is not working properly, it's highly possible an infection is causing it.
