Trojan horse Crypt.EML

(usually) when I open IE, AVG tells me there are threats found, a Trojan horse in Crypt.EML

It gives details of the files C:\windows\system32\<some long random looking filename here>.dll

Apparantly the files don't exist when I try to remove or heal them.

Any ideas?

P.S. Just tried to get HiJack this and it installed, then said there may be problems installing, then when I tried to run it it just siad HiJackThis has stopped working :)

Excuse me, I am a Unix user. I don't usually have this kind of problem and I'm a bit of a windows noob.

When I try to get rid it often gives the error stopped by user.
