Windows 7 mixing aero background images with personal

First of all I love the images provided with the Windows 7 themes, however, I have some background images that I would like to mix in with the images in the Aero themes so that the Aero theme images will shuffle and change with my personal images.

I tried to pull the image from the "Personalize" folder onto my desktop, but it says I need permission from "Trustedinstaller" in order to perform the task.

Is there a way to grab these images in order to mix with the background images I have in my pictures or a way to gain permissions?
