One thing to note from a psychopharmacoligist I know - The brain rebels at [bleep] near anything you toss at it. Don't "take" anything! Your brain chemistry is already at odds with itself and you want to guess at something to alleviate symptoms that are admittedly pretty scary while you're going through them but are temporary?suggestion

My absolute best advice is to ride it out and go see a doctor. Especially if they increase in severity or frequency. In most cases people just outgrow them eventually. Ask me! I have been there and have the tee-shirt to prove it. Try not to work yourself into a situation where you are having panic attacks about your panic attacks sort of thing.
