I have uninstall the VGA driver which is 2006 something..... And when ever i uninstall it, it will ask me to restart, when ever i restart the pc, by the time it load window, it will install the same driver automatically.

VGA is a generic driver installed by Windows so you can see something.
Go to Dell's site, download video driver, and install it.

Dell Dimension 2350. Am not sure of the Tag number...... But remember I have Vista on d pc........ is dah right?

According to Dell: http://support.dell..../...tid=&impid=, your computer originally came with Windows XP, and there are no Vista drivers listed there.
I checked Intel site: http://downloadcente...i...57&lang=eng, and there is no Vista driver for Intel® 845 Chipset Family either.
