when i tried to update the clock it wont sync. its saying it has been an ERROR HAS ACCORD, any ideas

You may have to manually set your clock to the correct time in order for it to work.

how would i be able to do that the time here is correct for where im at and i don't know what time is it at the server.

If you set the correct date and time (and time zone) on your system, then the server date will take care of itself. Often I've found errors with the year in otherwise stable systems
