CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE. when the cumputer turn on everything is normal but when i try to load my personal setting it freeze up and will not allow me to go into my program i have to use my cumputer in safe mold and that does not allow me to hear sound just bought new speakers and can hear my tunes :(
