I have been having problems with my computer so I thought that if I reinstall Vista (with reinstallation disk) that it would fix my problem. Well now I have 2 Vistas on my computer. When my computer starts up I have a "Microsoft Window Vista"(reinstalled version).....And I have my Windows Vista (One that was already on my computer.) And I have to choose which one I want before it continues to start up.

Now I cannot even restore my computer to Factory Settings because of the Microsoft Windows Vista. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to remove the Vista that I installed???

Thanks

Welcome to Geeks To GO

Sorry you have been waiting a while for a reply...

When you are booting up...

Vista gives you 2 options to boot in to?

Boot in to both one at a time...

When you are in Vista are both of the "Vista's" the same, or is one your old version and the second a new one that is not personalized?

Let me know how it is set up

Good luck
