screen went Black, could not see anything. I connected VGA cable to my flat TV screen, reboot, and got a black screen with white running numbers that looks like this: ! ! OXC01a001d ! ! 28640/97690 (\Registry\machine\Components\DerivedData...) pressed enter, nothing! all this being viewed on hdtv screen. turned off PC. INSTALLED factory CD, reboot, flash screen, pressed F12, waited could see activity light blinking green, hdtv screen black too, let run for 7 hours. reboot, flash screen on hdtv, Enter, and both black screen. called tech support $`129.99, (can't afford new computer this one 2years old), told me to reboot, hold down alt key and toggle F10, repeated sounding bells for 15 sec. and flash screen on hdtv and both screens black. tech said monitor LCD, needs to be replaced @ $ 199.99. Someone please help. Is there something else I can do to fix this?
I have already spent food and medical funds.

6/30/09- NEW DEVELOPMENT;
Thanks to all for their good advise! I took out the battery for 48 hours and re-installed and recharged, Disconnected, VGA cable from hdtv and powered up. Screen light came on and prompted me to restore from Cd, I installed full factory cd's (3) and restarted. I'm up and running with the only 2 problems, I can not install internet explorer 7, not compatable box pops up. and I can not view netflix instant movies, with our everyone moving like roborts and voices repeating them selves. even after I make the PC resolution change & ajustments. I'll keep fumbling around and ask.com until I can get it ritht. I want to thank everyone for coming to my aid, God bless you all! you are in my prayers.
