Navigate to: C:\Windows\Minidump folder.
If you see any .dmp files, zip all of them, and attach zipped file to your next reply.
Vista users You may need to copy .dmp files, paste them into some other folder, or desktop, and zip them there.

Does that mean copy or zip them up? I have left them where they are and zipped them up It says im not permitted to upload the type of file. edit ok it worked ha ha.

If you have more than one RAM module installed, try starting computer with one RAM stick at a time.
If you have only one RAM stick installed...

I tried to reinstall Windows it crash before installing and tell me to restart the installation and does it again.Means?It wont let me reinstall Windows

Make sure, you select tool, which is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive.
Depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.
If downloaded file is of .iso type, use ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn .iso file to a CD, and make the CD bootable.
NOTE. If your hard drive is made by Toshiba, unfortunately, you're out of luck, because Toshiba doesn't provide any diagnostic tool.

You have couple of choices...
Replacing CD drive, or slaving the hard drive in another computer, and testing it there.

Eat reads CD's but just that program wont recognize it.Then we have some problem.

Any help in that matter would be against board rules.
