Downloaded, Installed, and started watching 300. I forgot to finish my reply for this topic. :) It seems to be great, listened to some music on it(Worked) and watched part of a movie. It seemed to interact with my dvd player very well, loaded quick, snappy response time, etc.

Thanks again Broni! :)

Edit: Works with Windows 7 RC.

http://en.wikipedia....LC_media_player

Originally the VideoLAN project was intended to consist of a client and server to stream videos across a network. Originally developed by students at the École Centrale Paris, it is now developed by contributors worldwide. VLC was the client for the VideoLAN project, with VLC standing for VideoLAN Client. It was released under the GPL on February 1, 2001.

However, using http://filehippo.com..._vlc/history/4/, I can track it back only to ver. 0.8.2 (19 Sep 2005).
That must be about the time, when I first heard of it.

Been using the VLC player and it plays a lot of cross platforms. Recommend this for people that need a good all-round e.g. DVD, AVI, DIVX player.

Great player, now you don't have to install tons of codecs when WMP can't play something.
