is there a pro program and capture card that can handle 4 audio tracks (different sources) then allow one selected in playback to listen to for the same video, all being available on the dvd (sort of like selecting language) i know adobe premiere has enough tracks but dont know if u can select which one to listen to with the video
any suggestions on capture card or program appreciated

Sorry for the late reply,

Yah you can use that or Adobe Audition. You'll be able to select the audio, and watch the video on your pc. But there is NO WAY to do that on dvd, or external media as far as I know.
