how do you apply one here i have look and could not find it.

Click the "My Controls" link at top of this page. Then scroll down on left to "Edit Avatar Settings". Several choices on the page to put in an Avatar. Make sure Avatar format & size (both width x height and file length) meet forum recommendations.
