Hi,

For several months now, upon startup, my computer wants me to install hex workship v 5.0 software. I wasn't sure what this was, and after some research it looks like legit software. Everytime the computer starts up, I would cancel the download - however, it will just go through the same thing the next time i turn on my computer. Then I tried removing the software from the computer, which it appeared that I did successfully, however, the next time i turned my computer on, I was prompted to install again. I even gave in and agreed to install the software, but for whatever reason when I do that it prompts me to do it again upon my next log in. I don't get it - or what I should do. Not only is this really annoying to deal with, it significantly slows down the start up of my computer because it forces everything else to stop loading while it figures out what it wants to do.

Is there any way I can get rid of this software and stop it from wanting to install? I can't find any info about removing it anywhere online because it seems like popular software and doesn't seem like anyone else has this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Francesca
