I've got a Fujitsu Siemens, 32 bits, with Vista Home Basic. The processor is Intel Celeron D, cpu 3.33 GHz and the memory is 2 gigs. I don't know if the computer is supposed to be fast or not because it has been slow since I bought it especially while starting. I've used all the tweak tips I've read on the net and used quite a few tweak apps. Once in a while it runs fast and smooth but most of the time it acts as if there is something running in the background which is taking up a lot of resources of the computer. Is there any tweaaking software or aanything else which you would recommend?
