You can do this most anywhere, but most likely you’re sitting in front of your PC right now reading this. Anyhoo… first things first, lift your right foot off of the floor. Start rotating your right foot in a clockwise motion. While you’re doing this, with the index finger of you’re left hand, try to write the number 6 on your real (not virtual) deskstop.

Does this work for you? (I myself, can’t keep my right foot from going straight up and down.)

This is kind of like rubbing your tummy and patting your head at the same time.
