Im just wondering what the best way is to fit it.Either to exhaust the hot air or blow in fresh air.

Im just wondering what the best way is to fit it.Either to exhaust the hot air or blow in fresh air.

exhaust would be the first order of business. get the hot air out, and this will work best if the exhaust fan is close to the CPU. cooler air will come in through the other holes.
see how it works with that, and if it continues to run hot, consider an intake fan as well, for the front or side of the case. after I added an intake fan to the front of my PC, my case temp dropped 5 celsius, and the CPU temp dropped 2-3 celsius.
