Aha I have the secret to sleeping
I never have trouble, by the time I manage to stumble to bed I'm already half asleep

Around what time is that? Eleven o'clock in the evening... midnight... one or two o'clock at night? It's all relative to how late it is and what you're used to as bedtime.Aha I have the secret to sleeping

Please, I would like to know too. I have a lot of problems getting to sleep at night. I try to drag it out to stay awake as long as possible (crawling to bed... kinda), but sometimes that doesn't even help. Tossing and turning for a couple of hours is no fun when you've got to get up early in the morning. Talked it over with my family doc, but he refuses to give me any sleeping aid. Aaargh! I only have to GET to sleep - not stay for several hours asleep. Staying asleep is not my problem, getting to sleep is.
If you've got a tip, please pass it on.
Thanx ahead of time.

No generally I go to bed around 10:30pm or 11pm (yes I'm a nana).
My trick to sleeping may not work for everyone but I learnt it off one my bestfriends who can't sleep without it.
Basically you rock your head from side to side on your pillow (sounds silly but believe me it makes you relaxed/tired). Its the same feeling as being rocked to sleep in a cradle for example.
I also have a hot shower before I go to bed especially if I know I'll have an issue getting to sleep, love hot baths too!

I mean it doesn't have to be that short, but just don't make it paragraphs long, lol.
