Trying to Dual boot. I currently have vista and cant shrink any volume

Anyone know what to do so i can shrink like 10 gb off my C drive?

I just wanna say i did a defrag with defraggler and now ive got 7gb free. still need 15+ though

What the.... ive done some fooling around deleting old files and now i can only shrink 600mb... what happened?
